Our rates are dependant upon the size of the property and the number of guests. They range from 25.00 Euros per person per day with a minimum of 85.00 Euros per day for a 3 day stay to a peak rate of 65.00 Euros per person per day with a minimum of 120.00 Euros per day for a 3 day stay.
Fill in our enquiry form and we will e-mail you a price for your stay. We don’t ask for a deposit until we have agreed the price and agreed the reservation with you personally.
To secure your booking, you will need to make an initial deposit equal to 20% of the total agreed rental. Sheets and bath towels are included in rental price.
When we agree the rental with you, you can pay your deposit here via our banks secure card payment system, or by emailing or phoning in with your credit card details. When you pay via the Internet, only the bank gets to see your card details – so it is secure – Visa or mastercard accepted. Or click on the paypal button to pay via PayPal.
Cleaning – We charge 50 – 80 Euros per property for normal Cleaning and laundry. The charge depends on the number of people staying.
Late Arrivals – There is a fee of 20 Euros for arrivals outside normal working hours – ie after 9.30 evening or on a Sunday.
Children – We are family friendly. We can supply travel cot / playpen for toddlers, if you need one.
Discounts – We give discounts for large groups, mid and long stays. For long stays, we negotiate a monthly rate with the owners on your behalf. Please see terms above.
Transport – We also offer a transport service from Valencia airport, in an air conditoned Seat Alhambra people carrier. 25 euros is typical price for two people, then 5 euros per extra person up to 45 euros. We also organise excursions around Valencia.
Welcome Pack – When you arrive you will find a supply of necessities – ie tea, coffee, milk etc and a bottle of cava (Spanish bubbly) – which will help make your stay a memorable one.
Deposit Return – You initial deposit will be carried forward as a security deposit, when you arrive. We return your security deposit AFTER you leave, by cancelling the card payment or by bank transfer.
Please note that when the bank cancels a card payment, they automatically deduct their 3% commission from the amount returned. Please note that if there are complaints from the neighbours about excessive noise during your stay, you may lose your deposit.
